7-inch wide TFT display from Quixun

Quixun has announced a small, ultralight 7-inch touch panel TFT display to go on general release in early April. It's expected to be somewhat pricey at around Y47,000, but could be an interesting option if you fancy doing some really hardcore DIY in-car electronics. The company suggests whacking a mini PC in the boot and using it as a car navigation system/DVD player controlled from the screen, for example.

Size is 188 x 125 x 33 mm, weight 450 g. Comes with drivers enabling you to point and click from the screen for PC use.
