Sharp's SH900i out March 20

The latest in DoCoMo's 3G FOMA lineup, the Sharp SH900i, is out on March 20. Features a 2 megapixel autofocus camera, voice recorder, and MP4 video recording and playback (of programs recorded on Sharp's AQUOS TVs, for example). Displays, both TFT, are a 2.4" 262,144-colour main and 1.23" 65,536-colour sub.

Also includes a PDF/Word/Excel/Powerpoint document viewer (if you want to take work home and go blind squinting at it), which allows you to cut out sections of a document and send them by mail as image files.

Size is 105 x 51 x 26 mm, weight is 132g. Colour options are the reassuringly orthodox silver, red, and blue.
