Credit card-sized cellphone from NEC

NEC has another cool and slightly off-the-wall cellphone design set for launch in China (to go with this one). The N900 is the size of a credit card and only 8.6 mm thick, but it manages to incorporate a 300,000 pixel camera and a 1.8-inch TFT-LCD. Could end up costing up to 7,000 yuan (US$850, or Y90,000), though; appropriately enough they envisage it as a rich man's second phone for showing off. The company hints that this won't be the last credit-card phone it makes, however.
