Sony's 802.11a/b/g location free TV coming out March 12 in Japan
Already reported on Gizmodo and elsewhere, but the Sony Airboard exhibited at the CES is coming out on March 12 here. Pricing is open, but Sony estimates it'll sell for about Y148,000. Also, confirmation that you can use it to remotely control, and stream programs from, one of Sony's harddisk recorders, the PSX or the TiVo-ish SugoRoku. The mini 5.8" display is apparently still being developed, but will be available in Japan from around autumn. No info on pricing yet.
Another (very minor, but) neat feature is the waterproof jacket available so you can watch it in the bath. Just be careful where you put it down.
