From moblogging to moshirting
On November 1 cellphone service innovator Cybird launches a service called T-Shirt Producer that enables you to upload five images from your cellphone (does it have to be five?), process them with one of nine effects, add text as desired, and have them printed on a t-shirt that in due course is delivered right to your door. Japan only, of course, but if you can read Japanese the cellphone-only website looks to be up and running already (click the EXIT button in the middle of the page to jump to the site).
The press release has a few shots indicating how things turn out and the kind of effects that are available.
Can't wait to give it a try, though unfortunately the service crops landscape-style photos down to portrait, which will cramp our style a bit since our FOMA P2101V only shoots landscapes.
