Vodafone TV tuner phone

Vodafone has announced the release of its TV tuner handset (English press release). Looks fairly standard, with the only interesting new feature that caught our attention being the ability to do frame and video captures (though the press release contradicts itself by claiming that "TV broadcasts cannot be recorded"). The remote control functions have also been beefed up a bit, with support now for not one but two karaoke systems (for which favourite song lists can also be stored), as well as TVs, VCRs, and other appliances.

[Update] Are we being too blase about this? The folks at Wireless Watch Japan, who were at the press conference, are claiming this is the next big J-Phone (now Vodafone) scoop, rivaling their introduction of camera phones a while back. We don't really see it, ourselves.
